1-1 How long will it take for DELIVERY?
We try to get your order to you as fast as possible. If your order is placed before 12:00 Noon on a working day, we expect it to be delivered the next working day. Our couriers do not deliver over the weekend.
1-2 How much will I be charged for DELIVERY ?
Aquamani are pleased to announce that all orders over the value of £100 are delivered free on our next working day package. Orders below the value of £100 are charged at a flat rate of £7.95 per order, not per product.

3-1 Does Aquamani deal with TRADE ORDERS ?
We welcome orders from both retail customers and trade customers, however we do not offer the facility of credit accounts. Purchases are strictly paid for, at the time of placing the order online.
3-2 Do TRADE CUSTOMERS get discount for BULK ORDERS ?
We are always interested in building relations with trade customers. Our prices are very competitive already, but we would like to talk to you to see if we can accommodate your needs. Please hit the 'Contact us' button at the top of the page and either contact us on the phone number provided or via e-mail. All trade orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

5-1 What does it mean in the item DESCRIPTION 'SPOUT REACH' ?
Spout reach is the total distance from the very back of the tap to the very front/end of the spout/neck.
5-2 What does it mean in the item DESCRIPTION 'HEIGHT' ?
'Height' is referred to the measurement from the very bottom of the tap to the tallest point on the tap including any handles etc. It is the maximum height of the tap, not the height excluding handle/lever.
5-3 What is the MINIMUM PRESSURE REQUIREMENT for a tap i've seen ?
All of the taps & showers we supply, have a minimum pressure requirement of 0.5mb unless otherwise stated in the product description. This applies to all gravity fed systems. (systems that have hot and cold water tanks)
Generally, Combi Boiler systems are pumped systems, which in themselves provide adequate pressure to operate within tolerances, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

6-1 What are Aquamani's OPENING HOURS ?
Aquamani operate Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. We are closed weekends. For delivery times please see relevant section listed in the FAQ's

7-1 Why cant I find Aquamani's PHONE NUMBER
To enable Aquamani to offer such excellent and highly competitive prices, on top products from leading brands, our overheads must be kept down. This way, we can pass savings on to you, the customer. We do not operate call centres with premium rate phone numbers keeping customers waiting in phone queue's like many other online stores. We have a simple contact form in the 'Contact Us' section at the top of the page, where one of our team can answer all your queries and questions without any cost to you, the customer. Please note that Aquamani DO NOT TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE.
